Customer relations is very poor.Service managers ignore customers who come to the desk for service.They should pause what they are doing and acknowledge any customer who approaches the desk.

Everything about this visit was great. Scheduling the appointment was fast and easy. Check in was fine once I left Oscar and moved over to Francis. The wait was a bit longer than what I had been told, but not unbearable.
